The Hess Building

207 West Main Street was the home and headquarters of Hess Apparel Inc, a regional woman’s clothing outfit. Devreco purchased the building in 2015, working diligently to mobilize construction to renovate the first floor into class A office space, and fill vacancies on the second floor.

River View Commons

A 19th century historic landmark - the old Feldman’s Furniture building sat vacant for decades as a hidden gem in downtown Salisbury. The renovation involved more than bringing the building back to life. The project helped breathe new life into a community that was on the cusp of regeneration.

Built in 1900, this historic downtown building sat mostly vacant for the past couple decades. Devreco purchased it in 2013, fully leased the top two floors and transformed the first floor into a bar/tavern.
