Devreco recently built a brand new state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot showroom in Dover, DE for Johnny Janosik. Their services included financing, design, permitting and construction.
Devreco saw an opportunity to accommodate many mid-shore medical practices around the area in one building by re-purposing and redeveloping a former printing facility in Easton, MD.
After sitting vacant for years, Devreco purchased the Hess Building, located at 207 W. Main Street, and redeveloped it to suit a tenant mix. It is currently occupied by Gonzalez Law Firm.

Home to Fire Station 16 until it moved almost a decade ago, 115 South Division St. sat vacant until 2013. The building was repurposed into a music venue/performing arts space, Headquarters Live.
Woodbrooke Medical Center
Woodbrooke Medical Center on the East Side of Salisbury, MD was originally a proposed residential community that was developed into medical offices by Devreco to meet a need for very large medical facilities.
Wicomico State’s Attorney Office
After Wicomico County issued a RFP for the office relocation of the State's Attorney's Office, Devreco was selected to redevelop an 18,300 square foot building in Downtown Salisbury.
The Northwood Corridor
Early in their development careers, founders Tony Gilkerson and Palmer Gillis made a shift from their medical roots to develop multiple sites in the Northwood Industrial Park in Salisbury, MD.
The Brick Room
Built in 1900, this historic downtown building sat mostly vacant for the past couple decades. Devreco purchased it in 2013, fully leased the top two floors and transformed the first floor into a bar/tavern.
118 N. Division Street
Devreco renovated what was 10,000 square feet of vacant space into a vibrant 100% occupied building anchored by Salisbury University. It's also home to several entrepreneurial start-up companies.
